How do I request a quote for the translation of my documents?

There are two ways, if you are in the same city as we are, you may bring your original documents or legible copies to our offices and at that time we will give you a free quote and an estimated delivery time. The other way is by email, send us your scanned documents in .PDF or .JPEG format or in legible photos of the same and once we receive them we will send you the quote and estimated delivery time to your email.

If I live in another city, can you send me the translations by mail or parcel service company?

Sure, we would only need you to send us the complete address where you wish to receive your translations and an additional cost will apply for the parcel service, which we will include it in the information of the requested quote.

How do I pay for the translations if I live in another city or abroad?

You may pay it through a deposit or wire/bank transfer to the account number we will provide you. Or you may also do it through, you may do it through WESTERN UNION, and once the payment is made we will send your translations to the indicated address.

I need to submit my documents in a United States (Mexico) Court for a lawsuit, can I present your translations?

Of course, as we mentioned it before, all translations have the signature and seals of the registered and authorized expert translator. All legal proceedings require that translations be made by authorized expert translators, we as such, will prepare the translation fulfilling with all compulsory formalities for such proceeding in a manner that you will be able to meet your requirement in a secure and timely manner.

I need to do some immigration paperwork, are your translations accepted at the U.S. Consulate and/or Immigration Service?

Certainly, all our translations have the signature and seals of the Certified Expert Translator, which guarantees the validity of the translation delivered, since we are registered and authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of the State of Tamaulipas, Mexico. Our registration as expert translators have validity in all kinds of government offices, national or foreign, organizations, departments and institutions, as well as educational institutions, universities (colleges), government agencies, consulates, at the Tax Administration Service (SAT), IRS, the Mexican Institute of Social Security, etc. 

I only need the translations delivered by email, which format will you use?

You may indicate the format of the requested translations, for instance, if they are internal manuals of your company, we can deliver them in .PDF and WORD format, as required. All other documents with special and official formats, such as birth certificates, bank accounts, documents from government departments or offices will be sent in .PDF or .JPG format.

The document that I need to translate is a draft, still requires some corrections, is there any additional cost?

We always recommend our clients to request the translation once you have the final document, otherwise, in case of doing any modifications, corrections or amendments, an additional cost would apply to the original quote of the translation, and this would depend on the requested modifications.
